SHOCK BLOCK is an assembly held at area high schools where Joe Marino shares his story  about how alcohol and drugs controlled and began to destroy every aspect of his life. Today Joe is a changed person. Joe shares his message with area students, encouraging them to make better choices and avoid much of the hardship that Joe endured.
