Bev Czirr is the Nuckolls County Coordinator for ASAAP.   Bev assists in conducting the monthly meeting in Nuckolls County.  The meetings discuss and act on ideas of attitude/behavioral change and the change of policy within Nuckolls County concerning the use of substances, with an emphasis on under aged drinking.
